• If we have you email or mobile details we will then send you a computer mock-up for checking. If we do not have your details but you want a mock up just contact us within 4 hours post order using the contact form at the top of the page.

• If you want changes you can let us know.

• There no need to respond if the mock-up meets your requirements. The computer mock up is 100% on what details you entered when you ordered. If we do not hear from you after 12 hours or we do not have your email or mobile to send a mock up we will engrave as per your order.

• We advise people to get or check the computer mock-up as often people make spelling mistakes or put the text in capitals when they did not want this.

• Double-check your spelling  and capitals before checking out.

• Our team will precision-engrave your design onto the wood.

• If we have your email or mobile contact details we will send photos of the magnet, prior to sending or for collection.
