This box is a bespoke box, so we can get the designs and engravings that you would like, please contact us using the form at the top of this page. If you do only want text on the coasters, guest book and photo sharing sign, then you can just enter the Text and Font you want engraved in the personalisation box and purchase. However for other text and non text engravings, such as floral engravings or as seen in photos, please contact us. We aim to answer any query within 3 hours.

The box includes items from our range which are perfect accessories to any party or celebration event. They can be personalised with any text or fonts. We happy to answer any questions or requirements both pre and post sale. Just contact us either via the contact form at the top of the page, we normally answer within 2 hours, during the daytime 8am-8pm.
Our selection of coasters in this box include: 20 Square Steamed Beech Coasters with bumper feet. See photos for examples. These have been treated with food safe mineral oils. 20 Square (10 of each) White and Black Topped Wood with bumper feet. For examples please see photos of our white topped coasters. 16 Square Chunky slate coasters, 10cms x 10cms. Please see photos.
That is a total of 56 Drinks coasters. All our wood is of the highest quality and has been sourced from Wales in the UK and the coasters have been made by us in Thanet, Kent, UK. Our Slate coasters have also been sourced from the UK and engraved here in Thanet, Kent.
The Wood drink coasters measure 9.5cm, the slate 10cm. They have been treated, to bring out the engravings and make them durable. To clean, the wood coasters just need wiping down and buffed with a dry cloth. the slate can be cleaned with water and left to dry. None of the coasters are dishwasher proof. They are fluid resistant and the slate coasters are weatherproofed.
The box also includes one of our A5 Guest Books with steamed beech covers. Which can be engraved on all sides. The guestbooks features 30 individual pages / 60 in total. The paper if the finest British paper and can include personalised chapter headings. The paper is 170gsm, so works well with inks. The guest book is held together with steel ring binders and either red cord or British Ribbon.
This box also includes our photo sharing sign and stand made of treated steamed beech wood and containing a NFC tag.
Gone are the days where you have to ask your guests to send photos from your event. Display this sign at your party and your guests via their mobile phone can upload all those great celebration pics. Then after the event password protect the sign if you wish and enjoy those treasured memories. Again this sharing sign can be personalised. There is no monthly cost, if you use Google Photos. See photos for example of sign. This sign measures: 15cm x 10cm, stand depth 6cm.
Please be aware that we provide instructions for Google photos, as Google photos are free to use. You will need and your guest will need a Google email to upload photos. There are other photo sharing sites and paid sites that you can use and the way to link the photo sharing sign to these accounts are the same as for linking to Google photos.
As we make to order, order will be ready 5 days post purchase. This is because we need to treat wood and slate items.

Use the personalisation box for text only engravings. Specify the fonts you want. If you do not enter a font we will engrave using the fonts in the photos. Please specify in the box what you want on each, so the as example:
Guest Book: Jean and Paul's 30th Wedding Anniversary, in Old English Font.
Slate Coasters: Mary's 56th Birthday Bash, 12th August 2026, in Block Font.
Beech Coasters: James 18th Birthday, 11th November 2008, in Disney Font.

Black Coasters: Pete's Leaving Bash, Military Font.
Photo-Sharing Sign: Jean and Paul's 30th Wedding Anniversary, in Arial Font.
