To set up and use the board, you and your guests will need access to an internet enabled mobile device, such as a tablet or mobile phone. Easy to understand and detailed instructions are provided. Plus you can message us with any questions both pre and post sale.

Any text and font and other designs such as in the photos available. We cannot engrave photos on the wood.

With this you can offer a way for your guests to upload photos / videos to a photo sharing site, (paid or unpaid-such as Google photos), at their event. Guests can also view photos from the event. This takes the hassle out of guest having to hunt around for all those great photos at your venue or party.  Post party the customer can lock the photo sharing site and they choose who can view it. Or maybe your establishment wants to show customers photos from one of you cool events. 

We make these boards from quality wood, using NFC and / or QR codes. As we make these this means that you can have different sizes or shapes. A highly personalised wall / display sign. We can place drill holes or provide you with a stand or some of our strong double sided tape.  You can even change its usage to a bar or food menu or a link to your social sites.

As these signs fall within our bespoke service, we happy to work with you to get the signs you want. We offer both pre and post sale assistance.

How the board works:

• In the board is a powerful NFC 215 tag.
• Pre-event, you link the tag to your chosen photo sharing site.
• To do this takes about 5 minutes with a mobile phone.
• We provide step by step instructions.
• In you phone there is a NFC reader.
• In most phones this is always switched on as it is what is used for contactless payments.
• You can check it is switched on by searching NFC in your settings.
• Once the board is linked to your chosen photo / video sharing site you just tap your phone to the board.
• The NFC tag picks up the phone signal and sends the phone to the linked  photo sharing page.
• Guests can then view the photos / videos and then upload photos to the chosen site.
• Once they done this, these photos / videos can be seen by other guests and yourself.
• Post event you can then lock the photo sharing site and give access to only those you want to.
• Your board can be treasured for years, accessed easily and unlike a photo album the photos will remain clear and they do not get lost.

Once you have contacted us, we can sort out your sign and boards design, such as logos, business names, customer names etc. No need to send detailed high dpi images or deal with fiddly templates, we deal with that. Once your happy with your design we can invoice you for the purchase or set up payment.
