To set up and use the board, you and your guests will need access to an internet enabled mobile device, such as a tablet or mobile phone. Easy to understand and detailed instructions are provided. Plus you can message us with any questions.

Any text and font and other designs such as in the photos available. We cannot engrave photos on the wood.

 The board and stand works with both Android and Apple devices. Includes simple instructions and full support. No monthly fees, no hidden costs. Perfect personalized décor for weddings, anniversaries, celebrations, and milestone events.

We make these boards and stands to order. They are not made by someone else and then we just engrave them. Due to this we can do different shapes or change the aspect of the square board. We can make signs up to the size listed here. Contact us for more details.

Please note that the instructions relate to all sites we have seen. However if you opt for a paid site, please check that they provide a link that the NFC tag in the board can be linked to.

As above, we use Google photos as it is free forever, allows for very large uploads, is easy to use and secure post event. Any guest however would need to download the Google photos app if they do not have the App, such as Apple users. Again this is free in both the iPhone and Android Playstore.

How the board works:

• In the board is a powerful NFC 215 tag.
• Pre-event, you link the tag to your chosen photo sharing site.
• To do this takes about 5 minutes with a mobile phone.
• We provide step by step intructions.
• In you phone there is a NFC reader.
• In most phones this is always switched on as it is what is used for contactless payments.
• You can check it is switched on by searching NFC in your settings.
• Once the board is linked to your chosen photo / video sharing site you just tap your phone to the board.
• The NFC tag picks up the phone signal and sends the phone to the linked  photo sharing page.
• Guests can then view the photos / videos and then upload photos to the chosen site.
• Once they done this, these photos / videos can be seen by other guests and yourself.
• Post event you can then lock the photo sharing site and give access to only those you want to.
• Your board can be treasured for years, accessed easily and unlike a photo album the photos will remain clear and they do not get lost.

To personalise, (text only):

• Just enter the text and font to be engraved, and where on the board you want this text.
• If you do not list a text we will engrave using the Arial Font.
• If you want other engravings, like shown in the photos, then please contact us pre-sale using the contact form at the top of this page.
• We will then send you a computer mock-up of your design, which you can amend till you are happy with it.
• Once you are happy just order here and type in the personalisation box, "As per agreed mock-up"
• If you want text only but still want a mock-up, no problem, just contact us pre or post sale via the contact form above.
• We can send photos of the engraved and finished stands for checking, however to do this you will need to contact us,  if you do not leave an email at checkout. If we do have an email at checkout, then we will send photos for checking.
