Delivery Information

While it is important to us that your items reach you in good condition and we take responsibility for the goods arriving, we do not have control of delivery’s once they have left our premises, therefore it is important to read our delivery information.

We dispatch parcels Monday – Saturday, (Excluding Bank Holidays) and we offer a variety of delivery methods, you can pick your chosen delivery method at the checkout.

Our order cut off time for same day dispatch is 4pm.

Standard delivery is dispatched between 1 – 3 days after ordering.

After you have placed an order, you will receive several emails to state your order has been received, is complete and ready for dispatch (Please check your junk mail for these). Upon receipt of the email saying its complete – this means your parcel will be collected by the courier at the end of the day.

The chosen courier will deliver to your shipping address, if they attempt delivery and nobody is home they might try a neighbour or take the parcel to the nearest collection point. If they are unable to deliver to you they will leave a card, or email you. If you have to collect a parcel from a collection point you will need to take relevant I.D.

Free Shipping – Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked. Only on orders above £20.00.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours. £3.40 Postage as a flat rate.

Should Royal Mail not for available with reserve right to use another carrier, however you will not be charged more for this.

We reserve the right to use other couriers without prior notice.

Tracking An Order

When being sent via Royal Mail your items will be sent via a fully tracked service. However you have the option to choose a fully tracked service. Should we choose a different courier, your name, telephone number and email address will be shared with that 3rd party to enable them to send you the tracking information for your shipment

Royal Mail parcels are end tracked . This will confirm the delivery has taken place or if they were unable to deliver the tracking will supply information on how to book a redelivery or collection. Our customer service team can forward this onto you, should you request it.
